Who we are?
Dozindogs is a small, family run, dog walking and training business.
 
What information do we collect?
We collect personal client data to support our business delivering enriching outcomes for the client and their dog(s).
We collect data via a Microsoft word-based consultation document collect vis email and face to face. This contains, names, addresses, contact numbers, and details particular to the client's dog
We do not collect third part data nor sensitive data

To contact the client as required
To prepare invoice data
To meet Tax audit requirements

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
Dozindogs Terms and Conditions provide the contract on which the business relationship between Dozindogs and the client is formed. Clients can cancel the contract at any time with 7 days' notice.

When do we share personal data?
Dozindogs will not share personal data
 
Where do we store and process personal data?
Personal data is held as follows:
Contact numbers are held under the client's dog's name on a mobile device
Client names, addresses, contact details and details particular to the client's dog are held in paper-based form held under lock and key at the Dozindogs office

How do we secure personal data?
Personal data will not leave the Dozindogs office. Only authorised Dozindogs employees have access to the office. 

How long do we keep your personal data for?
All paper based personal data will be returned to the client within 28 days of the client cancelling the business relationship with Dozindogs Your rights in relation to personal data

Clients can request a copy of any personal data held by Dozindogs at any time. Copies of personal data will be provided within 7 days of a written (including email) request from the client

Clients can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office should they feel that Dozindogs is not being supportive or compliant under the terms of the Act
